Pulled pork crescent rolls |
A perfect way to use your leftover pulled pork, BBQ beef or pulled chicken
We like to make these in big batches and freeze them portioned out for a quick mid week grubbin BBQ dinner.

Flour your cutting board and lay out the crescent dough sheet. Roll with rolling pin until thin and fairly even shaped.
Lay a small portion of Barbecue pulled pork at one corner of the dough. Add shredded cheese and a drizzle of your favorite BBQ sauce. Add diced chilies if you want to spice it up a bit. Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter cut around the filling leaving enough dough around the edge to roll and cover the filling. Roll tight and pinch the ends to seal in all the juices.
Bake as per dough instructions until slightly golden brown. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce for dipping.
